Will was great.

Punctual, brilliant communication, helped source tricky to find parts needed to fix leaky concealed toilet cistern, and also helped fix a few other bits such as leaky washing machine pipe connector.

Would recommend, and would definitely use again :D

I came across this company after another plumber I’d struggled with in the past failed to turn up a few times.

I changed the layout of my kitchen and needed a new sink, tap and dishwasher plumbed in, and gas oven disconnected. Following that some new radiators fitted.

Gary and Will had everything done properly with no issues. They were genuinely pleasant to have around. Straightforward, honest, competent and left everything tidy.

It can be difficult finding reliable tradespeople so I would 100% use them again and recommend locally.

I highly recommend Will from Lawtons Plumbing and Heating Ltd. He was incredibly responsive from the start and even arranged to carry out the work over the weekend to fit around our availability, which we really appreciated.

Will replaced all of our radiator valves efficiently and to a very high standard. He was professional and reliable. The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free.

Thank you, Will, for the excellent service and amazing work. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lawtons Plumbing and Heating Ltd. to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber!

Drain problem and toilet blocked issues
Will was excellent, highly recommend, honest people.
I had the most ridiculous quotes on checker trade just for the call out ridiculous,
Wil is an excellent communicator and kept us informed well. He came and did the job and even opened it up for me and sent me the report. I am always on site, on this occasion my manager was left to deal, said he did an excellent job and was very honest and explained everything in great detail.
I wish Will and his company the very best because the are are too many dishonest people out there, we need more traders like Will. Well done will use again if need

I just want to tell you how totally professional Will is from Lawton’s Plumbing and Heating.
He came and gave us a quote when he said he would.
He explained our choices and didn’t pressure us in any way - he was happy to do whatever option we chose.
Will arrived to complete the job as promised.
I’d recommend Will, Lawton’s 100%.
I’ve already booked our next job for Will.
